I run Hivemind, write Purposeless Efficiency, and maintain Theseus. The common problem is preserving serious reasoning when tools, institutions, and incentives tend to dissolve it.
Hivemind turns strategic questions into structured briefs a team can defend, attack, and update. Purposeless Efficiency is the written argument: optimization detached from purpose has become a central production logic of the late industrial era.
Theseus is the smaller companion project: a knowledge system for tracking contradiction across commitments over time.
